Event production built for marketing teams
We turned a Notable Health event into a full brand content library — video and photography for brand, recruitment, and sales, all in one concentrated shoot.
“We partnered with The Red Panel to cover Noteworthy, our marquee customer event, and they helped us produce content we honestly weren't sure was possible given how much was still evolving throughout the event.
Beyond capturing the keynotes and sessions with excellent production quality, Matt and his team brought a creative approach to extending our assets — finding smart solutions that helped us turn a single event into a broader set of brand and marketing content.
They're also just really fun and easy to collaborate with: true thought partners who stay reliable under tight timelines and handle shifting scope without missing a beat. Whenever I have a video or creative production need, they're the first call I make.
Anthony Porter · Head of Design at Notable
Notable had events. But needed a strategy.
Notable is a healthcare automation company using AI to reduce administrative work across hospital systems. They had a major event on the calendar and a capable team to run it. What they didn't have was a plan for how it could serve their content needs long after the event was over.
The coverage they were getting — recap videos, basic photography — was fine. But it wasn't building anything. When we sat down for an early kickoff, we asked a different question: Beyond this event, what are you missing?
The answer was a lot. An outdated culture video featuring people who'd left the company. Headshots that didn't match across the org. No customer-facing video ready for demos or booth displays. And a photography library that hadn't kept pace with where the brand was heading.

“Notable Reacts” video series

One event. No asset left behind.
Live events are one of the few moments when your whole team, your leadership, and your best customers are all in the same place. Most companies walk away with a recap. We saw a production opportunity.
We structured the shoot like a sports media day running inside a live event — dedicated headshot and interview stations, multi-purpose sets, a team built to adapt minute-to-minute, and creative built to punch above its constraints — real people, limited time, and a final cut that feels like a tent-pole production.

Customer quotes

With a production strategy, marketing teams walk away with an entire brand content library — not just a recap video (but we do that, too).
Flexibility is part of the deliverable. Live events don't go to plan. We make fast calls that keep production moving — and more often than not, those calls produce better content than the original plan would have.
On this project, quick decisions on the ground resulted in 20+ additional customer blurbs, a rebuilt customer video structure that works across digital and expo booths, and shoot days that stayed on schedule without sacrificing quality.
